Help Desk Analyst (Remote – Australia Only)

About the role

This part‑time remote position supports Australian users as a Help Desk Analyst. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing prompt and courteous assistance while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support and resolve help‑desk tickets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop computer problems.
• Assist users with hardware, software, and connectivity inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
• Ensure timely closure of tickets and high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Proficiency in technical support, help‑desk operations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of desktop computer operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to analyse and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with remote‑support tools is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
