About the role

As Head of Technology & Digital you will lead Aspect's technology function, ensuring reliable, secure and future‑focused services. Reporting to the executive team, you will shape and deliver a technology strategy that supports the organisation's mission and priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Aspect's technology strategy, roadmap and governance framework aligned to organisational priorities.
• Lead technology operations, IT service management, service desk and workplace technology services across a dispersed environment.
• Oversee cyber security, technology risk, privacy and identity & access management.
• Drive modernisation of enterprise applications, platforms, integrations, data capabilities and emerging technologies including AI.
• Manage the enterprise technology portfolio to ensure initiatives are prioritised, governed and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with executives, business leaders, vendors and external partners.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing technology team while overseeing budgets, commercial arrangements and vendor performance.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation or IT management.
• Proven success shaping technology direction and delivering impactful outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary technology environments and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading complex portfolios, technology investments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing and commercial decision‑making skills.
• Passion for leading people and fostering a culture of innovation.
