Head of Supply Chain

About the role

The Head of Supply Chain is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the complete supply chain function, from procurement through to delivery. This role ensures products are sourced, stored, and delivered accurately and on time to support national installation and service operations while building scalable processes for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own all supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service level agreements.
• Develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Oversee inventory management across all warehouses, implement min/max frameworks, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to forecast demand.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including relationships with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, and renegotiate freight agreements.
• Provide strategic direction to warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse processes.
• Enhance ERP and inventory‑management system utilisation, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in end‑to‑end supply chain management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute procurement strategies and manage supplier performance.
• Strong track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing risk, and optimising working capital.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance.
