Head of Sales – Tennis 360

About the role

Wilson is seeking a strategic leader to head its B2B sales team for the Tennis 360 portfolio, covering racquet sports, sportwear and footwear. Reporting to the Head of Wilson, you will shape and execute the sales strategy, drive revenue growth and embed best‑practice go‑to‑market processes across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑, medium‑ and long‑term sales plans to meet revenue, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Design and evolve GTM processes, including channel budgeting, forecasting, Salesforce implementation and B2B channel development.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and own business‑development opportunities.
• Recruit, coach and mentor a high‑performance sales team, fostering a culture aligned with Wilson and Amer Sports values.
• Collaborate with merchandise, marketing and D2C functions to deliver best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Provide monthly input to P&L management, S&OP and omni‑brand meetings.
• Engage cross‑functionally on the order‑to‑cash process with operations teams.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the sports equipment market, consumer trends, competitor landscape and strategic accounts.
• Proven senior experience in sales merchandising, category or brand leadership within sporting goods, sports‑lifestyle or fashion sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data for strategic decision‑making.
