Head of Sales – APAC

About the role

BreatheSafe, a global leader in dust control and air‑quality solutions, is seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales for the APAC region. Based in Carole Park, you will join the executive leadership team to steer sales, marketing and customer service across Australia and key international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets across multiple regions.
• Identify new market opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, monitoring performance and market trends.
• Build strategic partnerships with key customers, OEMs and stakeholders.
• Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and digital initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.
• Align sales and marketing efforts using market insights and customer feedback.
• Oversee the Customer Service function to ensure exceptional service delivery and a customer‑centric culture.
• Foster a collaborative, values‑driven culture and develop capability through coaching and succession planning.
