About the role
A high-profile, customer-led retail business in Melbourne is seeking a senior eCommerce leader for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a highly commercial leadership role with ownership of eCommerce strategy and digital channel performance, combining trading, customer experience, personalisation, digital discovery and optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Own eCommerce strategy and digital channel performance
- Lead and mentor a team of five digital retail associates
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to influence the digital roadmap
- Ensure investment is focused on opportunities that deliver the greatest customer and commercial value
Required profile
- Significant senior eCommerce or digital retail leadership experience
- Strong commercial ownership across revenue, margin and customer growth
- Experience influencing complex, cross-functional digital roadmaps
- Strong people leadership and executive stakeholder capability
