About the role
Sofitel Melbourne On Collins is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join its Front Office team. You will deliver a luxurious, personalized experience to every guest, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional, courteous service to hotel guests, visitors and ambassadors at the reception desk.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
- Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, reservations and billing in line with hotel standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the brand’s French‑inspired elegance.
Required profile
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Calm and effective in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
- Strong team player who assists colleagues proactively.
- Professional appearance and attitude reflecting the Sofitel brand.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
