Graphic Designer & Digital Content Coordinator

About the role

SONYA MODA is looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Digital Content Coordinator to support the Founder in shaping the brand’s visual identity. This part‑time, hybrid position blends design, email marketing, paid advertising, and website management for a fast‑growing fashion and e‑commerce label.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including flows and launch sequences.
• Create and optimise paid‑media assets for Meta, TikTok and Google platforms.
• Update Shopify storefront – homepage banners, product page graphics, and collection launches.
• Produce social media content such as Instagram story sets, campaign graphics, and short videos.
• Assist with lookbooks, launch collateral, and maintain a well‑organised digital asset library.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design aesthetic with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in fashion, e‑commerce or premium brands.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality creative quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Klaviyo or similar email‑marketing platforms.
• Shopify.
• Video editing.
• Understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
