Full Stack Microsoft Engineer (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)

About the role

As a Full Stack Microsoft Engineer at Beyond Bank, you will design and build solutions that span Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. You will create intelligent applications, seamless integrations, and scalable cloud services that transform business workflows across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced customisations in Dynamics 365 Sales or Service, including custom plugins, workflows and Power Automate flows.
• Develop modern, secure APIs using RESTful and event‑driven patterns, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Azure services such as API Management, Functions and Logic Apps.
• Build and maintain Azure integrations, promoting reusable and well‑documented APIs across domains.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers and delivery teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Mentor junior engineers, champion best practices and contribute to risk assessments and incident response planning.
