Front of House Waiter – Luxury Dining

About the role

Join Pastore, the signature modern Italian restaurant at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery, delivering an elevated à la carte dining experience. As a part‑time Front of House Waiter you will own your section and ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalised service throughout the guest experience, managing your section to high standards.
• Maintain excellent presentation, timing and attention to detail across lunch and dinner service.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful suggestions.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or section waiter in a quality restaurant or hotel.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
• Professional appearance and RSA certification.

Required skills

• Current RSA Certificate.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, menu items and beverage offering.
