About the role

Join the Meetings & Events team at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery as a part‑time Food & Beverage Attendant. You will help deliver seamless, high‑quality events ranging from corporate meetings to weddings, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional food and beverage service for a variety of events, delivering warm, attentive and personalised service.
• Assist with room set‑ups and pack‑downs, preparing meeting and event spaces according to detailed function requirements.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in room presentation, table settings, service and overall event standards.
• Work closely with the Meetings & Events team, kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Stay calm, flexible and solutions‑focused during busy periods and changing event requirements.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with guests.
• Reliable, collaborative team player with a proactive, can‑do approach.
• Current RSA Certificate and availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
