Finance Manager – APAC Prime (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Amazon’s Stores Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to support Prime growth across the APAC region on a 12‑14 month fixed‑term contract. You will partner with Prime and Customer Lifecycle leaders, providing financial analysis and modelling for strategic initiatives that drive membership acquisition, retention and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models and business cases for Prime benefit enhancements, acquisition programs and retention strategies.
• Analyse large‑scale investment opportunities such as content acquisition, pricing and promotional programmes, balancing short‑term impact with long‑term value.
• Own core financial processes including monthly business reviews, ROI assessments and performance tracking for Prime metrics.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of customer behaviour, spending patterns and engagement trends to uncover growth levers.
• Collaborate with global Prime finance teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to align financial frameworks and influence capital allocation decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance modelling and business case development within a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills to work with senior business leaders across regions.
