About the role
Join Sodexo as a full‑time FIFO Chef working on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on site, one week off). You will work across all kitchen sections, delivering high‑quality food service to remote sites in Western Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals across all kitchen stations, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute themed nights and special events.
- Maintain food safety standards and kitchen hygiene at all times.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship or full working rights.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol test and police check.
- Minimum 3 years strong chef experience; FIFO experience preferred.
Required skills
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum) or Certificate IV (desirable).
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
