About the role

Join The Yiros Shop as a Fast Food Team Leader at our Berrinba drive‑thru outlet. You’ll oversee daily operations, support staff and ensure a high‑standard customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant to a high standard.
• Lead, train and develop team members, including junior staff.
• Monitor store performance, meet KPIs and handle cash and register operations.
• Prepare food using deep fryer and grill equipment while maintaining food safety standards.
• Address customer complaints professionally and keep the restaurant clean.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Shift Leader in fast food or hospitality.
• Strong communication, reliable and organised with the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and school holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
