Executive Search Partner – Remote (Australia)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for fast‑growing technology companies. Operating fully remote, you will own end‑to‑end executive search processes and partner with hiring leaders across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute search strategies, source passive candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Director, VP and C‑suite roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, market maps and competitor intelligence across technology, SaaS, fintech, gaming and related sectors.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles and ensure structured interview processes.
• Negotiate offers, track recruitment KPIs, and maintain data quality in ATS systems while ensuring compliance.
• Coach hiring leaders on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven track record of closing Director, VP or C‑suite positions in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous and comfortable in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.
