Executive Director – Lead Multi‑Service Organisation

About the role

The Board of Alinea is seeking an Executive Director to steer its purpose‑driven organisation through a pivotal growth phase. This senior leadership position will oversee a diverse portfolio of aged care, disability support, employment, and community services across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and integrate a multi‑service portfolio covering aged care, disability, employment and community programs.
• Drive financial sustainability and long‑term organisational viability.
• Oversee major strategic and capital projects.
• Strengthen workforce capability, culture and safety.
• Build trusted relationships with government, partners, regulators and the wider community.
• Ensure excellence in governance, service quality and operational performance.

Required profile

• Significant senior executive experience in complex, multi‑service organisations.
• Strong financial, strategic and operational capability.
• Proven experience working with Boards and navigating governance responsibilities.
• Ability to lead diverse teams through change, growth and sector reform.
• Commitment to person‑centred services and community impact.
• Ideally experience in aged care, disability, human services or related sectors.
