Executive Chef - Ningaloo Resort

About the role

A locally owned resort in Ningaloo, Western Australia, is looking for an Executive Chef. The chef builds and develops a strong, passionate team to deliver high food quality and customer service, while driving standards, compliance and profitability. The role works alongside the Food and Beverage Manager and covers both functions and events catering and traditional a la carte menus using local produce. It is advertised as a full-time position based in Perth.

Required profile

• Driven self-starter who enjoys hard work and wants to drive the business and show off creative talent
• Passionate about team training and development
• Results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve company goals
• Expert in financial and business acumen
• Excellent communication, reporting, organisational and time-management skills, able to work autonomously
• Currently residing in Australia with full working rights
