About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a fast‑growing Australian technology company. The role blends business and personal assistance, requiring discretion, proactive problem‑solving and the ability to manage a complex, high‑visibility calendar.
Key responsibilities
- Full management of the CEO’s calendar, inbox and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Coordinate board meetings: scheduling, preparing packs, taking minutes, tracking actions and follow‑up.
- Support investor relations and commercial workstreams, including capital and debt processes.
- Handle personal administration such as appointments, household matters, memberships and correspondence.
- Maintain office workflow systems, BAU office management and special confidential projects end‑to‑end.
- Build and continuously improve the systems that keep the CEO’s office running efficiently.
Required profile
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leaders.
- Comfortable managing both business‑critical and personal tasks with equal professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information without prompting.
- Calm under pressure, quick to adapt to travel changes and last‑minute requests.
- Proactive communicator who anticipates issues and resolves them before they arise.
- Commitment to a long‑term partnership and five‑day onsite presence.
