Events Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a professional Events Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will manage charters and functions on our river vessels and at the Bells Functions venue, serving corporate, school, agent and private clients. The role involves guiding the client journey from the first enquiry through to post‑event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into confirmed charters and functions across vessels and Bells Functions.
• Manage the client journey from confirmation to post‑event follow‑up.
• Collaborate with chefs and operations teams to plan guest experiences.
• Create event orders and ensure payment schedules are met.
• Conduct site viewings for prospective clients.
• Oversee key events, especially during peak periods and weekends.
• Anticipate client needs with a proactive approach.
• Represent the company at relevant industry or networking events.

• Excellent multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet business requirements.
