Equipment Coordinator

About the role

Coordinates onshore preparation, repair and maintenance of subsea robotics equipment, including ROVs, RWOCS, IWOCS, subsea tooling and deep‑water installation systems. The role supports the Equipment Manager in technical updates, inventory control and HSE compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, repair and maintain all subsea robotics equipment onshore.
• Implement equipment technical updates and maintain required tools.
• Verify maintenance standards against Oceaneering, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Equipment Manager with inventory of system components and accurate asset allocation.
• Coordinate technician assignments and provide data for equipment readiness and repair reports.
• Ensure all technicians and subcontractors follow Oceaneering HSE programs and supervise subcontract personnel as needed.

Required profile

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Three years oilfield experience, preferably with subsea equipment.
• Four to six years experience or training in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
