About the role

Ultimate Performance is seeking passionate Personal Trainers to join its Sydney team. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses exclusively on delivering elite, science‑backed training to clients, with no sales quotas or lead chasing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class personal training using the proprietary U.P. Method.
• Act as a mentor, motivator and trusted partner throughout each client’s transformation journey.
• Maintain a 100% training focus – no sales targets, no floor‑walking, no lead generation.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Personal Training (or an equivalent qualification).
• Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency – sponsorship is not offered).
• Strong work ethic and a growth‑mindset.
