Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Join Green Leaves Early Learning to inspire curiosity and imagination in our young learners each day. You will deliver high‑quality kindergarten programs while participating in our unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) professional development framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences for children.
• Utilise the NLRDP resources, including Padlet, to enhance curriculum delivery.
• Collaborate with the centre’s Educational Leader and mentorship partners for continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation and assessment records in line with ACECQA standards.
• Participate in monthly ECT network meetings and optional study tours.

Required profile

• ACE​CQA‑approved early childhood teaching qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant state clearances.
• Current Child Protection, National Child Safety, First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Interest in obtaining or maintaining Teacher Registration where applicable.
