Early Childhood Teacher – Inspire Young Learners

About the role

Eden Academy Mambourin is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our brand‑new centre. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children aged 0‑5 can explore, learn, and develop essential skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, EYLF‑aligned learning programs.
• Foster inclusive, supportive relationships with each child and their families.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene across indoor and outdoor play areas.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to continuously improve curriculum and resources.
• Document children’s progress and communicate observations to parents.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current Teacher Registration and Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Professional demeanor with a warm, approachable attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks.
