Director, Services Business Development (Government, Retail & Commerce)

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Services team to lead growth initiatives for government, retail and commerce customers worldwide. You will be at the forefront of promoting innovative solutions in insights, loyalty, personalization and business experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects in key markets to generate and qualify leads for D&S products and services.
• Promote Mastercard’s portfolio of digital‑payment and service solutions to government organisations, retailers, restaurants, consumer‑goods, travel and telecom companies.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts post‑sale, expanding relationships and revenue over time.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, ensuring efficient and seamless processes.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue goals and forecast projections consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities to signed deals and drive collective success.
