Direct Channels Fundraiser (ANZ)

About the role

Join us in creating a better world for animals. World Animal Protection is seeking an experienced Direct Channels Fundraiser to deliver effective campaigns and grow support across the ANZ market. You will act as the operational fundraising specialist, managing direct mail, telemarketing and other locally‑run activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct mail, telemarketing and other direct fundraising activities in ANZ.
• Adapt global fundraising products for the local market.
• Manage relationships with fulfilment, mailing, telemarketing and other operational suppliers.
• Coordinate campaign production, fulfilment and supporter‑response handling to agreed standards.
• Ensure all activity complies with relevant legislation, regulation and industry codes.
• Monitor delivery and performance, resolve issues and share learning to improve future activity.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering direct fundraising campaigns, including direct mail or telemarketing.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, production, fulfilment and supporter‑response handling.
• Experience managing fundraising suppliers or other operational delivery partners.
• Knowledge of fundraising legislation, regulation and industry codes relevant to the ANZ market.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to identify operational issues and implement practical improvements.
