Digital Transformation Lead

About the role

As the Digital Transformation Lead (Country Digital Market Leader) you will steer IKEA Australia & New Zealand’s digital agenda, embedding cutting‑edge capabilities into everyday retail operations. You will work closely with market managers and unit leaders to maximise business value and enhance experiences for co‑workers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Digital Business Partner for market leadership, driving market‑level digitalisation and delivering tactical implementations aligned with business needs.
• Set and monitor digital performance goals, building local competence and a robust digital network to accelerate adoption.
• Lead the digital experience strategy for both co‑workers and customers, using data insights to shape improvements and secure appropriate budget.
• Collaborate with Digital Market Leaders across the Ingka world to share best practices, success stories and lessons learned.
• Guide change processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the omni‑channel environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering digital projects and managing planning in a retail or similar large‑scale environment.
• Strong understanding of how technology impacts business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change at all organisational levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
