Digital Optimisation Manager – CRO & Personalisation

About the role
The Digital Optimisation Manager will lead the conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and personalisation programme across Mable, HomeMade and other Attain Healthtech brands. Working closely with marketing, CX designers and developers, you will create data‑driven, personalised journeys that improve customer conversion and digital experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the CRO and website personalisation roadmap for Mable and HomeMade sites.
- Develop, prioritise and execute A/B tests and personalisation initiatives in partnership with product, engineering and marketing teams.
- Analyse performance data, report insights and implement successful outcomes within the CMS.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, innovation and data‑driven decision making.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for experimentation and personalisation tools.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in CRO, website optimisation or personalisation programmes.
- Hands‑on experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO or AB Tasty.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, GA4 and website technologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with growth, CRM, product and engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.
