About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth for a premium Australian fashion brand. You will work closely with eCommerce and Creative teams to plan, execute and optimise performance‑driven campaigns across paid media and lifecycle marketing channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Oversee campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies and creative testing.
- Administer an annual advertising budget exceeding $1M.
- Monitor and improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CoS, CPA and NCAC.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief and develop new advertising assets.
- Manage and optimise Klaviyo lifecycle flows.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to boost targeting and engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting across paid media and CRM channels.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Hands‑on experience managing Meta, Google, TikTok and Klaviyo platforms.
- Experience handling annual media budgets of $1M–$2M.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Triple Whale or Profit Peak.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven approach.
- Passion for fashion and eCommerce.
