About the role
This position is with a fast‑growing Brisbane digital marketing agency that partners with a small portfolio of consumer‑facing brands in outdoor, lifestyle, retail and eCommerce. You will act as the external digital marketing lead, aligning paid media, content, website, CRM and commercial strategy into a cohesive growth plan.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of 3‑4 client brands.
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and other paid channels.
- Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, AOV, conversion rate and revenue contribution.
- Translate client objectives into channel strategies and execution plans.
- Brief creative teams on ad concepts, product messaging and assets.
- Improve website elements, landing pages, CRO and product pages.
- Support email and CRM initiatives, including lifecycle flows and nurture journeys.
- Report results to clients with clear, commercial recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in digital marketing for consumer‑facing brands.
- Strong client‑facing communication and commercial mindset.
- Hands‑on approach with the ability to contribute strategically.
- Comfortable working across paid media, website optimisation, email and content.
