Cyber Security Internship Program

About the role

This 12‑week Cyber Security Internship gives university students and recent graduates hands‑on experience protecting organisations from cyber threats. You will work alongside experienced security professionals, gaining exposure to real‑world security operations and industry‑standard tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring systems for suspicious activity and potential security breaches.
• Support security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
• Help implement access controls, security policies, and protocols.
• Research emerging cyber threats and contribute to preventative measures.
• Assist with incident response documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain secure systems and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and work in a professional team environment.
