About the role
Streem is looking for a Customer Support professional to join its media intelligence team on day‑time shifts. You will be the first point of contact for clients using Streem’s real‑time monitoring platform, helping them get the most out of the service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email and live chat with platform usage and troubleshooting.
- Support the Account Management team with data entry, brief building, brief exports and product testing.
- Create new customer briefs and collaborate on product deployment for new clients.
- Produce, review and deliver media insights reports using Streem’s proprietary technologies.
- Provide feedback to Account Management and Operations on customer requests to improve the platform.
- Generate transcripts, summaries and downloadable media, and prepare brief documentation.
- Perform routine data entry, database maintenance, quality control of news content and export data for reporting.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a customer support or service role.
- Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to stay composed and resolve issues.
- Proactive in managing conflicting priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical information to non‑technical audiences.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn and contribute to a supportive culture.
- Interest in the Australian media landscape.
