Customer Service Representative / SDR – Clinical Trials

About the role

Sales Hero is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative/SDR to support patient recruitment and engagement for clinical trials. This full‑time position combines inbound customer service with outbound outreach to connect potential participants with research teams.

Key responsibilities

• Answer enquiries from individuals interested in clinical trial opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify, screen and schedule appointments for potential participants.
• Build trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment and recruitment targets.
• Participate in ongoing training related to clinical trials and patient communication.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Experience in customer service, call‑centre, sales development, or healthcare administration.
• Confidence speaking on the phone and handling sensitive conversations.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
