Customer Service Representative - Call Center

About the role

MoneyMe is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for finance brokers and automotive dealers. You will handle inquiries about credit policies, application status and loan products, ensuring a smooth experience for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, messages and emails from brokers and dealers regarding credit policy and application status.
• Provide accurate information on loan products and guide partners through the application process.
• Liaise between broker/dealer partners and the credit/underwriting team to facilitate loan approvals.
• Maintain high levels of broker and dealer satisfaction by delivering timely and courteous service.
