Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures, including aircraft marshalling.
• Support special‑needs customers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with disabilities.
• Provide accurate flight information and resolve passenger enquiries.
• Identify and solve problems quickly, maintaining safety and service standards.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a 7‑day rotational shift roster covering a 24/7 operation.
• Recent face‑to‑face customer service experience in hospitality, tourism or similar fields.
• Strong ability to manage and diffuse difficult situations.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability to a fast‑changing operational environment.
• Compassion for special‑needs customers and professional grooming.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment medical and possession of a Northern Territory driver’s licence.
• Residency in Alice Springs with appropriate work rights.
