Customer Care Representative (Australia & New Zealand)

About the role

Audika, a leading hearing‑care provider, is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Care Representative to support its clinics across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the voice that guides new and existing clients through their hearing journey, handling both inbound and outbound communications.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for promotional campaigns such as hearing tests, device trials and adjustments.
• Book, confirm and re‑schedule clinic appointments.
• Handle inbound client calls and answer product‑related questions.
• Follow up on direct‑marketing leads and re‑engage lapsed clients.
• Use internal systems to update client information and manage bookings.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication with empathy and clarity.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM platforms.
• Self‑motivated and able to meet call or booking targets (KPIs).
• Positive attitude, team‑oriented and enjoys a collaborative environment.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, health, admin or other customer‑facing roles (call‑centre experience not required).
