Crushing & Screening Supervisor

About the role

OCON Services is seeking a full-time Crushing & Screening Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at a site in the Greater Sydney Area. The role focuses on overseeing crushing and screening activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with company and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site crews performing crushing and screening tasks.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor quality control and optimise workflows to meet project timelines.
• Enforce job-site safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
• Coordinate with other site teams and provide leadership and guidance.

Required profile

• Strong operational knowledge and hands-on experience with crushing and screening equipment.
• Proven experience in team leadership, staff supervision and resource management.
• Familiarity with OH&S regulations, risk assessments and environmental/ regulatory requirements in construction and mining.
• Valid driver’s licence and certifications such as a White Card.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
