Controlling Manager – SEAPAC Region

About the role

As the Controlling Manager for the SEAPAC region, you will partner with senior management and country finance heads to drive effective business planning, analysis, and financial reporting. Your insights will enable the organization to measure performance, evaluate new opportunities, and take strategic actions across South East Asia, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a robust planning and analysis process for the region.
• Execute routine analytical reviews of financial and operational performance.
• Communicate consolidated performance trends, forecasts and strategic implications to stakeholders.
• Produce financial plans and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Review and monitor store investment plans, analysing sales and profitability.
• Lead annual budgeting, interim forecasting and mid‑term planning cycles.
• Monitor and control budgetary costs, ensuring alignment with targets.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses and generate reports to support operational decisions.

Required profile

• Accounting degree or equivalent university qualification.
• CA or CPA certification.
• 5+ years of senior financial planning & analysis management experience.
• Regional exposure within a multinational corporation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence, prioritize work and drive results.
