Contracts Administrator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the Prospect Pre‑Treatment Plant project in Parramatta. The role will focus on managing subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance, and supporting the commercial team to deliver the water‑treatment infrastructure on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract agreements.
• Monitor contract compliance, variations and risk exposure.
• Process progress claims, payment schedules and maintain accurate contract documentation.
• Support cost control, forecasting and reporting for the project.
• Liaise with internal project teams and external subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in contract administration on civil or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor agreements and the NSW Security of Payments Act.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with contract management systems.
