Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our Adelaide team at Ausco General Ausco Modular. The role involves overseeing the delivery, installation, and demobilisation of modular hire and sale‑based projects, ensuring safety, quality and alignment with design intent from mobilisation through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities across multiple modular projects, including installation and removal of buildings and infrastructure.
• Review concept plans against site conditions, assess levels, constraints and risks.
• Ensure design intent matches site requirements and maintain strong communication with Design & Engineering, Construction, Operations and Project Managers.
• Provide cost inputs and collaborate with estimating teams during early‑stage project activities.
• Manage site safety, quality and overall performance, supporting both on‑site and office tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction projects, preferably in modular or transportable construction.
• Trade‑qualified background at supervisor level with hands‑on industry experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to travel within South Australia, including regional and remote sites, with overnight stays as required.
