Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, client‑focused Construction Supervisor to lead residential builds across Moreton Bay and the southern Sunshine Coast. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality homes on schedule while providing an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, coordinate trades and maintain schedules.
• Track progress and costs using Buildertrend.
• Ensure all builds comply with standards, building codes and WHS requirements.
• Oversee practical completion, defect rectification and handovers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, trades and suppliers.
• Coordinate variations, claims and reporting.

Required profile

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builders Licence.
• Construction Industry Card.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach and tech‑savvy.
• First Aid & CPR certification (advantageous).
