Construction Rig Technician

About the role

We are seeking motivated Rig Technicians to join our delivery team in Banksmeadow, NSW. You will work on a variety of construction projects, from residential to industrial, ensuring foundations are stable and ground conditions are safely managed.

Key responsibilities

• Stabilise sunken foundations and address complex ground challenges on site.
• Perform rig operations and support construction activities across residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain safety standards and project timelines.
• Travel to project sites as required, with allowances provided.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction or related field.
• Hands‑on work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and qualifications.
• Residency in Australia with legal right to work.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
