Concreter – FIFO Role on Defence Project (WA)

About the role

CPB Contractors is seeking experienced Concreters to join a new defence infrastructure project in the Northwest of Western Australia. This is a full‑time, fly‑in‑fly‑out position operating on a 3‑weeks‑on, 1‑week‑off roster, based out of Perth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing works on airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure.
• Carry out steel fixing tasks as required for structural elements.
• Collaborate with a remote, high‑performance team to meet project milestones.
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Previous FIFO experience in construction.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Clearance to meet Defence security requirements and pass project medical assessments.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing site conditions.
• Strong safety awareness.
