Coffee Roaster

About the role

Join Campos Coffee’s headquarters in Banksmeadow as a Coffee Roaster, responsible for delivering consistent, high‑quality roasts that meet customer demand. You will work either a standard weekday shift or a flexible floater shift, with occasional paid overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain coffee roasting machines to produce the required sensory profile.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure roasts are ready on schedule.
• Minimise waste and adhere to safety and quality protocols.

Required profile

• Team‑player with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 24 kg.
• Valid Australian working rights with unlimited entitlement.

Required skills

• Operation of coffee roasting equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams.
