Clinical Care Manager - Relocate to Queensland

About the role

Randstad is recruiting an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead the clinical operations of a residential aged care facility in the Darling Downs / South East Queensland region, about 1.5 hours east of Brisbane. The role suits a senior clinician who wants to raise care standards, inspire clinical teams and drive strong clinical governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide authoritative leadership across the clinical care team (RNs, ENs and care staff)
• Maintain compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and statutory clinical governance frameworks
• Oversee clinical assessments, care planning and accurate AN-ACC documentation
• Lead medication management, infection prevention, wound management and complex clinical escalations
• Mentor staff and foster a culture of dignity and resident-first care
• Act as the primary clinical point of contact for residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• At least 3 years of experience as a Clinical Care Manager in residential aged care
• Proven leadership through change, resolution of clinical challenges and accountability
• Expertise in Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding and clinical auditing
• Willingness to relocate to the Darling Downs / South East QLD region
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or ability to obtain them)

• $20,000 retention bonus package ($10,000 at 12 months and $10,000 at 24 months)

• Base salary commensurate with executive experience plus superannuation
