About the role
We are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations at our Sydney site. The role combines hospitality expertise with leadership to deliver premium corporate service experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage service level agreements, and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Monitor client feedback, resolve issues, champion service assurance and continuously improve processes and standards.
- Lead, motivate and develop teams through recruitment, training, coaching and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations across reception, catering, kitchen and AV services, ensuring efficient rostering and alignment with business priorities.
- Manage budgets, control costs, track performance, produce accurate reports and ensure compliance with company policies, contracts and statutory requirements.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, food quality, environmental practices and maintain facilities, equipment and stock.
Required profile
- Strong budgeting, cost‑control and analytical abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to work in corporate hospitality environments.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with teams, clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, team‑building and hands‑on management style.
- Strong time‑management, self‑motivation and ability to perform under pressure.
- Solid computer skills and relevant certifications (e.g., OH&S, Food Handling).
