About the role
ACCIONA is hiring a Civil Supervisor for one of its regional NSW projects. You will lead civil crews and subcontractors on site and keep daily work moving to programme, working closely with the project team and, where needed, the client. Mentoring and development support is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Lead civil crews and subcontractors to deliver daily work safely
- Plan and sequence works to meet programme and quality targets
- Coordinate plant, labour and materials across the site
- Monitor safety, quality and environmental requirements on site
- Track productivity and report progress to the project team
- Resolve site issues and delivery risks with the project team
Required profile
- Proven supervisor experience across civil scopes
- Understanding of site delivery, quality and safety systems
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
