Civil Infrastructure Manager – Gladstone

About the role

AESTEC Services is seeking an experienced Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects in Gladstone. You will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality maintenance outcomes across our operations, while developing your leadership and management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for civil works and structural concrete contracts.
• Collaborate with AESTEC senior management to align goals, budgets and deliverables.
• Oversee client relationships, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost expectations are exceeded.
• Manage compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate resources including personnel, materials, subcontractors and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hard‑dollar contracts, structural concrete and civil works.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
• Based in Gladstone or willing to relocate; tertiary qualifications advantageous but not mandatory.
