Civil Designer – Infrastructure CAD & Modelling

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Civil Designer to join its Perth team, focusing on CAD and 3D modelling for civil and road infrastructure projects. You will work closely with engineers to translate design concepts into detailed digital models.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in geometric design of civil and road projects.
• Generate 3D models of infrastructure using 12D software.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings from 3D models.
• Extract engineering data and metadata from models to support analysis.
• Streamline existing workflows and contribute to digital technical competence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project deliverables.

Required profile

• Relevant industry experience in civil or road engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with 12D software (highly regarded).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
