Chief Executive Officer – Lead Integrated Risk & Advisory Business

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to lead two well‑established Australian businesses that provide risk management, crisis response, and compliance services. Reporting to the Group CEO and Board, you will own the combined entity, shaping its culture, performance, and growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate two businesses into a single operating model, identifying and realising commercial synergies.
• Drive revenue uplift through pricing optimisation, cross‑selling, and service diversification.
• Lead a digital transformation agenda to modernise systems, improve data visibility, and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Manage costs, improve margins, and ensure high‑quality service across all client engagements.
• Build and nurture a high‑performing leadership team, fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in a professional services environment.
• Track record of successfully managing business integrations or large‑scale transformations.
• Commercially minded with the ability to quickly assess value drivers and make decisive decisions.
• Strong communication skills, credible with boards, and capable of inspiring teams.

Required skills

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including the use of AI to improve productivity.
• Understanding of risk, safety, or compliance sectors (not mandatory but beneficial).
