About the role

The William Inglis Hotel, a MGallery by Accor located in the Riverside Stables precinct, is looking for talented, motivated and creative chefs to join its kitchen team. Positions are available at all levels, including casual, part-time and full-time roles, covering fine dining, banquets and pastry.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional à la carte and banquet event menus
• Maintain high culinary standards
• Manage prep, ordering and stock control
• Uphold hygiene, food safety and equipment maintenance standards

Required profile

• A qualification in commercial cookery, or working towards one
• Demonstrated experience in restaurants, events or hotels
• Understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards
• Genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
